Experience and Work history

Baylor Banks began his career representing management exclusively in labor and employment matters.

Early in his career, he was an associate with three different management firms:

• Thompson, Mann & Hutson in Greenville, S.C.

• Fisher & Phillips in Atlanta, Georgia

• Arnold & Anderson in Atlanta, Georgia

Baylor Banks opened his own law office in 1991 and has since been representing both employers and employees in employment matters.

In addition to employment matters, Baylor Banks also handles general civil litigation matters.
